1. Operator and agreement
RetireX Online (RXO) is an independent Minecraft Bedrock game server, website and community operated by iMasterProX. Using RXO means agreeing to these Terms and the Server Rules. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Acceptance is not blanket consent to unrelated processing of personal information.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Use a legitimate, supported Minecraft client and an account meeting Microsoft/Xbox requirements. Obtain a parent's or legal guardian's permission where required. Discord has its own age requirements. Protect your account; never provide passwords or authentication codes to staff.
3. Pre-open and availability
Basic gameplay is available during pre-open development. Features, balance and records can change; bugs, downtime, maintenance and necessary data corrections or resets can occur. Continuous access, latency and permanent availability are not guaranteed. Mainland China is not supported; Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are supported separately. Contact the operator about an incorrect region restriction.
4. Rules, enforcement and appeals
Follow the Server Rules. Cheating, exploit abuse, attacks on the service, unauthorised access, unfair automation, harassment and ban evasion are prohibited. Depending on severity and repetition, we may remove content, warn, mute, disconnect, suspend or ban relevant accounts or connection/device identifiers. Serious incidents may require immediate action. Request human review or report vulnerabilities privately to iMasterProX; review does not guarantee reversal.
5. Progress and virtual items
Progress, rankings, currency, karts and items are service features with no cash value. They do not grant ownership of RXO or permission to sell or transfer accounts outside authorised features. Invalid records and exploit-derived gains may be corrected. Significant planned changes will be announced where appropriate. These Terms create no paid subscription or checkout service. Future paid features require separate purchase, delivery and cancellation/refund terms; mandatory consumer rights remain.
6. Content and other services
Share only content you have the right to share. You allow RXO to display, store and review it for operation, support and moderation, without transferring ownership. Do not redistribute protected resource packs or assets without permission. Rights of Mojang, Microsoft and other owners remain theirs. Microsoft/Xbox, Discord and hosting services have independent terms and policies; RXO cannot guarantee their availability. Our Privacy Policy explains handling of personal information.
7. Responsibility and legal rights
We use reasonable care, but RXO is an evolving service provided as available. Where law allows, we make no guarantee of error-free operation or compatibility with every device. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or remove mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
8. Ending use, updates and disputes
You can stop using RXO at any time. Leaving a game or community does not automatically erase records; request account closure or deletion from the operator. Updates are published with an effective date and additional notice or agreement where required. Contact iMasterProX to resolve disputes first. Republic of Korea law applies subject to mandatory protections and court rights in your jurisdiction. No private arbitration or waiver of non-waivable rights is required.
